At SBL2D, we understand that life happens – plans change, emergencies arise, people get sick and sometime appointment need to be rescheduled.
However, to keep things fair for both Russell and Leanne as well as our other clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson.
Why is this important?
- Our instructor’s time is valuable and carefully scheduled
- We’re currently heavily booked with a long waitlist
- Late cancellations often leave us with gaps we cannot fill in time
- With notice, we can offer this lesson to someone else who’s eagerly waiting for a driving lesson!
